oh man! i am seriously EXHAUSTED!
wed always susposed to be my most relax day because i end at 12pm! nth but IS.
nonetheless, it has always been the best day of the entire week cos i get to meet many different ppl from diff courses!
today i had nth but exercise! none stop from 2.30-6pm! zomg! pls tell me i'm crazy! haha
i gymed with Markus and Harin. i seriously think i excerise every aspect of my body muscles. and i feel fitter now adays! yay! i did weights-2kg only though. i ran. and i did the circuit :]
aft gym, i went to find Puvin. dragged Markus along with me. we ended up playing badminton with Puvin and Benjamin. i must say all of them really played quite well! and im always the stone one..who isnt running! i won almost every matches :D me and puvin formed a great team.he's my daddy yo!
oh yes. i must post wad i have learnt for SW-gym today! my instructor told us so many facts.
1) burnt 7700cals = 1 kg
2)we should always do strength before cardio exercise. therefore, do weights first! because muscles used up more energy.
3)we should have like 6 meals a day! (so this means my eating diet is correctly ok! cos i eat ard 6 meals) becos every 2-3 hrs our body will open for nutritions.
4)our body only absorb 40-50% of the food we take each time.
5)it's good to eat slowly cos it takes 20mins for our body to realize we are full.
6)long runs burnt more fats compared to sprint
7)shld run at least 20mins, only den the run will be useful.
8)eating food tat contains high in sugar ie:chocs and snacks should be consume before 1pm so tat our body will have sufficient time to burn it away
9)swimming uses every aspect of the body muscle but it does not make u lose weight.
10)sauna is a total useless and a waste of time. it jus makes u lose water within ur body. but once u drink water, u will gain it back.
11)wholemeal grains are better to keep us full compared to simple carbo-white bread which will be digested in approximately 30 mins, while grains ard 3hrs
12)one shld at least have 8hrs of sleep aft a day of exercising (tis info is proudly provided by shoon! :] )
okok..i'm wasting my brian cells, i cant remember anymore.but i think i'm damn pro to list out so many facts la! JANICE RAWKS LA! i think i can open a mini talk about diet and healthy lifestyle. i know alot sio!

instructor: yes. you're absolutely correct! but how know can u last?researchers says the most a person can only do it for 7 mins. but for sporeans, a 5 mins?
student: wah. why sporeans no stamina ah?
zomg! tat's so dumb la! we all burst out laughing! i tot the best exercise it to club? i rather club anyway. sounds more fun! lollololos! ok. i'm damn nonsense!
i told Markus about wad my instructor said and guessed wad he replied?
markus: how about doing it tonite?
me(stunned): huh? do wad.
markus: exerciseeee
me(laughing): orh..okies! where?
markus: come to my house la!
me: huh..don wan la. lets go hotel 81
markus: why so cheap? lets go ritz carlton hotel
me: wah! crazy ah..set la! u pay! haha
we are damn freaking lame. and OFCOS I'M SAYING TAT FOR FUN cos we were crapping! we both arent tat stupid to do such a thing! I TOTALLY OBJECT TO PREMARITAL SEX! nonono ah!

last day of CATS.i had a hard time trying to tie french for sharon.but she have a nice hair la :D
no longer the same class/grp as sharon,charlie,haoguang,yufeng!
i definatelt will miss cats,MISS THEM! and i hope i'll still have the time to hang out with them..oh wellss..
